Dr. Meredith Victor is a California-licensed physical therapist (PT) and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). She received her doctorate degree in physical therapy (DPT) from University of St. Augustine, where she received the Outstanding Leadership and Achievement scholarship, and graduated with high honors. She also received high honors from University of Pennsylvania, where she completed her undergraduate degree in Communications. <br><br>
Dr. Victor is passionate about the role of both prevention and education in the healthcare world, and she created the women’s health protocols for Victory Prehab based on her own experience with a laparotomy to remove an ovarian cyst and fibroid tumors at the age of 33. She has gained extensive knowledge about all stages of rehabilitation from her work worked at three major hospitals in California and Texas, as well as three outpatient orthopedic clinics in San Diego.<br><br>
When she is not playing tennis, rock climbing, snowboarding or practicing yoga, she is usually found reading or spending time with her husband and three cats.
